About this policy
Paloma Construction is a commercial general contractor based in Tyler, Texas. Paloma GC, LLC operates the website at palomagc.com (the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this Site or submit a project inquiry, how we use that information, who we may share it with, and how you can contact us with questions or requests.
This policy covers information collected through this Site and through related inquiry communications. If Paloma and you enter into a separate signed construction agreement, that agreement may govern additional project-related information and obligations specific to your engagement.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at: Paloma Construction (Paloma GC, LLC), 11621 CR 166, Tyler, TX 75703, cale@palomagc.com, (903) 714-2847.
1. Information you provide
When you submit a project estimate request through this Site, you may provide:
- Your name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Project type and location
- Where your project stands in the planning process
- A description of your project
- Your preferred method of contact
- Any other information you choose to include
We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you about your project, and communicate about our services.
Submitting a request does not create a contractor-client relationship, accept your project, or produce a binding estimate. If we move forward together, that engagement will be documented in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
We will not add you to a general marketing email list solely because you submitted an estimate request. Our direct responses will be focused on the project you asked about.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit this Site, our hosting and security providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Your IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Pages you requested and the time of those requests
- The page that referred you to this Site, if applicable
- Diagnostic and security data
This information is processed by Vercel, which hosts this Site, and by Cloudflare, which provides security and form-protection services, as part of normal website operation. It is used to keep the Site running, detect and address security issues, and troubleshoot technical problems. We do not use this information to build marketing profiles of individual visitors.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This Site uses cookies and similar technologies in the following ways.
Security and form protection. When you interact with the estimate form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes information—which may include your IP address and browser characteristics—to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. This processing is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Turnstile is designed to function without setting persistent advertising cookies.
Website analytics. This Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site. This helps us evaluate and improve the website and our services. Our Google Analytics 4 property is configured with advertising features, Google Signals, and remarketing disabled. Analytics data is processed by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers to measure usage patterns and distinguish sessions.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Google Analytics 4 may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers as described above.
You can limit Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Standard browser privacy controls may also limit certain types of data collection.
4. How we use your information
We use information collected through this Site to:
- Review and respond to your project inquiry

- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Protect the security and integrity of our systems
- Maintain appropriate business and legal records

5. Service providers
We work with third-party service providers that help us host, secure, and operate this Site. These providers process information in connection with the services they provide and are subject to their own terms, privacy commitments, and applicable agreements with us.

- Google Workspace — estimate-form submissions are delivered directly to Paloma’s own Google Workspace mailbox via the Gmail API, and backed up in a restricted internal Google Sheet accessible only to authorized Paloma personnel
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics, configured without advertising or remarketing features
Form submissions are delivered to Paloma through Paloma’s own Google Workspace mailbox and backed up in a restricted internal sheet. No third-party email delivery service receives your form submission. Form submission content is not shared with or accessible through Google Analytics.

9. How long we keep your information
We retain information based on the purpose for which it was collected and our legitimate business and legal obligations.
Inquiries that do not result in a project may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, business records, and evaluating potential future work. We periodically review retained inquiry records. Records that are no longer reasonably needed after that period are deleted, unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for an ongoing discussion, accepted project, legal obligation, dispute, security matter, accounting requirement, or other documented business purpose.

We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible and honor requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with our legitimate legal and business obligations.
