Paloma Construction is a commercial general contractor serving Tyler and East Texas, with experience in ground-up construction, renovations and remodels, tenant improvements and white-box work.
Do you handle ground-up construction?
Yes. Paloma manages new commercial construction from early planning through occupancy, coordinating with your design team and the trades.
Can you renovate an occupied building?
Yes. Renovation work can be phased in sections so people can keep using the building.
Do you work with architects and engineers?
Yes. Paloma works with your architect and engineers, or can help coordinate with design professionals if you do not have a team yet. The right professionals and documents depend on the project’s scope.
Cost and process
How do you price a project?
Pricing depends on the scope, available plans and the project conversation. Send the location, the square footage and what needs to be done, and we will tell you what we need to put a number together.
Insurance and warranty
Are you insured?
Yes. Paloma Construction carries general liability, builders risk and workers’ compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request before work begins.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Yes. Paloma Construction backs its workmanship with a one-year warranty, subject to the terms and exclusions in the signed construction agreement.
