Leadership

Cale coordinates project planning, budgets, schedules and communication among the client, design team and trades. He helps carry each project from preconstruction through closeout, and keeps decisions, documentation and next steps visible.
20+ years in commercial construction
Mark leads day-to-day field coordination, sequences the work and keeps the jobsite aligned with the plans and schedule. He works with trade partners, inspections and project leadership to keep the work moving safely and in the right order.
How we are set up
Paloma manages the scope, coordinates the trades, runs the schedule, and handles permitting and closeout. One contractor stays accountable from the first walk-through through final inspection.
In practice that means Paloma keeps the work moving: coordinating the trades, sequencing the job, and staying ahead of the decisions that affect the schedule. Submittals go in, the inspector is called when the work is ready, and you know where the job stands without having to ask.
